purpose : to Liberate the town Captain i have received a letter from a friend. It appears his town is under siege and was going to fall imminently. Though he is not a soldier himself i have visitted him at the town many times and the people are both warm and amenable. Poor non-combatant people should be defended. sir, submitted for consideration of a unit of our skilled covians to relieve the town of Mistas.
