Mentors are being warned that their apprentices are their responsibility! If you are willingly taking on Apprentices, you MUST live up to the fact that you have agreed to be there for them when they are in need! You are there to help them through the ranks and with helping them succeed! We cannot just expect them to be good guardsmen if they are getting no help from their said apparent "Mentors". Some of the mentors at the minute are quite shameful indeed! Book the ideas up, Guardsmen, or admit you do not have the time to keep an apprentice!
