Report:

After are mission searching for clues for Grenadier Sergeants Valentine, I took command for a hunt to Tokuno, my homeland.  Our goal was simple, bag a Oni and bring home 25,000 in coins!  The later would be easy, the Oni?  Well that was the trick.  The only stay in the woods, feeding off magical energy.  To get to them was a bit tricky, you had to deal with Giant Spiders, Hellcats, Lava Lizards, Fire Elemental, Tokuno Lions, Undead, and colorful birds the size of a small hut!  Not to mention the rouge ninja that pops up from nowhere whacking away at you.

We pushed are way pass most of the riff raff and made in and out of the lava caves, are first big challenge was on the north side of the lava caves in the forest.  Were we ran into stiff opposition from the Lions and Undead.  Because of our superior training and tight formations we deal death and destruction to all those who opposed us!  After doing a bit of looting and healing we moved south.  It should be noted Oni’s are not hunted; they are hunters, great magical beasts that search for magical energy to eat.  The also protect the large colorful birds the roam the woods, which are equally nasty.

After a second run in with a bird, and as we battled are third, an Oni showed itself and attacked while we were engaging the bird.  Also a pair of ninja’s made their presence known.  But no matter, we had faith; numbers and most of all Grenadiers on are side!  There was no hope for them.  The unit fought brave and hard, showing that true Covian Swagger.  When all was said and done, we had bagged are Oni and collected 34,304 gold coins!  Not bad for a walk in the woods.  Myself and one other guardsman gave their portion to the coffers.  After paying out the portions the coffers grew by 24,304 gold coins.  My personal thanks to all that made this mission a success, FOR COVE!

Bloody good show Take.

Swagger, danger and a hefty dose of Grenadier justice dished out to those colourful beasts of Tokuno. Keep up the good work.

The islands of Tokuno are certainly dangerous, on a number of occasions I almost had my hair burned clean off, but the clear and concise commands of Takeamada saw us through so bloody good work. If our guardsman continue to display such excellence and pride in leadership then I think theres hope for us against the filthy Yewish.

Signed in fuzzy incoherrant handwriting,
Regular Guardsman Kas Valentine.
