Title: Stranded in Ice. Post by: Raven on August 29, 2008, 11:28:05 pm A dim light flickers from a almost extinguished torch that lies on the cavern floor, it's light is shadowed by a motionless object, its shape resembling that of a human's body. The shape moves, it turns on the floor and groans. This is someone, this is a covian, injured and cold drifting from unconciousness deep in a cave.
He bends forward, holding his head and reaching for the torch, lifting it up he sees movement in the dark ahead, very weak, he reaches for his sword, but he cant see it near him, so he stretches for his bow, to find it snapped under him. Eyes flicker in the darkness from the light of the torch, he crawls to a safe crevace and holds his head in agony, the last memories he has are just vague images and voices.. (http://img120.imageshack.us/img120/4859/memorieszh6.png) With no sign of any others around, he knew he was alone, he is too weak to walk far, not that he knows where he has to go. He hopes, and prays to the avatar that the rest of his party are still alive, and are looking for him. Title: Re: Stranded in Ice. The Covian stands up, hunched and sore, and lifts his face up to try and look around. He can see nothing, but instead, he felt a cold breeze on his face, with the small amount of energy he had left, he slowly trekked the direction of the gust. All the time he could hear noises, and feel eyes gazing upon him, but he had no choice but to continue. Sure enough he found an opening, he crawled through it and his eyes were momentarily blinded by the light. he begins his trek through the woods, to find food, water and a way home |
