There is land to be had in and around Altmere. There are many a Covian Home North of the outpost! It's private so do not assume that there is nothing inside. The plot should be there for the taking if you are really needing a place of decent size. This is not near Cove, you will need to travel the road north of altmere, pass the crossroads, heading north, reach the bridge, do not cross it, head east along the river edge, you will find it soon enough.
