Raiden, Commander. Drachir, Regular Scout. Marcus Tel'var, Junior Grenadier (left with concussion) Kal ShadowHand, Officer Cadet. (arrived for the last man standing) Warriors from Vesper, the Stirling & Kendall Trading Company and Cove gathered for the Ironman Tournament. Eight warriors participated in the knockout competition. Junior Grenadier Tel'var fell in his first bout to a Vesperian mage while Drachir and myself progressed to the semi finals by beating our Vesperian opponents. However an all Cove final was not to be as we met eachother in the semis. Although he put up a brave fight I was able to down the Regular Scout and progress to the Ironman final where i fought some Vesperian bugger who luckily beat me. (http://img90.imageshack.us/img90/8904/uo1188jf6.jpg) The Commander victorius over Regular Scout Drachir in the semi final. Drachir also failed to overcome his opponent and so finished fourth. Second and Fourth nay a bad result on balance. After the Ironman presentation warriors and spectators alike crammed into the arena for a last man standing. Kal ShadowHand, Drachir and myself were the last three warriors standing with the rest knocked to their knees. Being stuck with two Scouts I thought my number was up but I managed to stave them off and along with a few stray blows by Drachir managed to knock Kal from his feet. In a rematch of our semi final Drachir and i battled it out to be the last man standing with me once again being the victor and taking the title! *signed* Raiden, Commander. |
