I'd been spending some time with my lady friend on the barracks steps when the Father trotted by on his steed. He questioned the nature of my inactivity, what with all the criminal trouble lately he thought it better that I should be out policing the lands and not fraternizing. Since I couldn't find work for myself I was given some, the washing down of the recently defaced chapel wall.
