Title: Militia training report
Post by: Delcarakdur on May 12, 2005, 05:15:08 pm
*Delcarakdur walks over to the commanders desk and drops an report on it, then walks away muttering to himself* Why are they always late! Argh!

Training session

Goal:
To check on the guardsmen's equipment, their formation abilities, their teamwork skills and their ability to follow orders under a battle. A free for all combat training, coupled with a team battle training.

Guardsmen in attendance:
- Kas Valentine, Watchman
- Kal Shadowhand, Watchman
- Ryan greystone, Junior grenadier
- A new recruit, whose name I didn't know...
- Calico Kate, Watchwoman
- Griffith, Guardsman recruit
- Gimbly, Junior grenadier
- Tiberius, Regular guardsman
- Hrothgar, Regular guardsman
- Fabien, guardsman recruit
- John Dell, Junior guardsman

Results:
I was a bit decieved by the number of guardsmen attending my training. Rather average turnout. Only five arrived on time... You HAVE to stop being late guardsmen! However, all the militamen present had all the requiered equipment. Very good! I have only one pointer:
During the combat training the teams showed quite good tactics and healing skills, but there are still something to do:
- Firstly the teammembers seems to have some cooperation problems sometimes: Not concentraiting their attacks and such... Same as last time with other words...
- This time good leadership was performed by both teams.

The guardsmen preparing for the team combat training...

All in all a good training! Well done guardsmen!

Smart report, Watchman Delcarakdur. And it is good to hear that leadership has improved amidst the ranks. However, cooperation concerns, eh? Teamwork is forged through continual drilling together, and going on hundreds of patrols and training hunts.
