Having heard about the shirefolk's little problem I decided to give them a hand and set out to exterminate the ants and their queen! I managed to convince Elizabeth, who is a totally awesome mage!, that we should set out to do it! She somehow beat me to the hole even though I am certain I am a faster runner. Anyways, we dove into the hole ready for an adventure! Inside was these HUGE ants, they where awesome. . . though I prefer them squished just the same. Before long, we ran into this ugly huge. . . thing! It looked nastier than a highlander who bred with a Vesperian! Ugh! We managed to squash it and pressed on shortly. It was not too long before I got knocked down and couldn't get back up for some time. Seems I went out cold. After I got scraped off the floor we attempted to finish our assault but the ants where really really angry! I have no idea why! But they beat Elizabeth up. . .  and there was soooo many of them! I decided we best leave without completing out objective. Though that's only because there was thousands of ants! And we'd already killed hundreds!

We got back to the barracks only to find out Elizabeth does not like gold. So I dropped all 2,500 Gold into the coffers!

A grand adventure! Perhaps someday I'll go back. . . preferably when I have learned to aim.
