The keep is 18x14 at the moment excluding the water, graveyard and shed. As for it being used for the barracks its missing the Office and Parade area which are major areas. I guess this doesn't need a roof. Was trying to make that keep with an 18x18 in the hope that Hoagie might make barracks like that!
