Title: Recruit Duty ~ Seek Out A Mentor Post by: Raiden Morana on June 04, 2009, 07:14:38 pm Did I ever tell ye I was mentored by the legendary Erik Arkay? No? Hoh! Pull up a chair lad and let me tell ye how I became a Grenadier.
Life as a recruit is hard enough. Making sure you've got a torch and enough bandages, not to mention keeping your sword sharp and not forgetting to put your shield in the way of enemy weapons and archery fire. Finding a mentor will help you settle into life in the Covian army, but it'll also be mean some hard work too. ~ Find a guardsman of Regular rank or higher to agree to be your mentor and post their name below. ~ Try and choose a mentor who is on duty (in game) at the same times as you. ~ Also try and find a mentor who can help you progress towards any future squad you may wish to join. We don't want arcanists showing those who wish to become Grenadiers how to behave now do we. This duty is for Guardsmen Recruits only. You may only have one mentor.
