(If found guilty of attempted Murder - Death by hanging. If found guilty of Common Assault - 30 Lashes) Starkad ~ Grounds for Arrest Aiding and abetting in the following crimes: Continued disobedience ~ 20 Lashes. Entering the Goblin whilst being banned & Public Intoxication ~ 10 Lashes. Common Assault ~ 30 Lashes. Arrest warrant issued by: Raiden Morana/Aliryl Trefynwyd. *signed & stamped with the Baronial seal* Any guardsman/guardsmen supplying a full report of the detention of these criminals will receive a Guardsman Duty.
