Welcome to Cove

The fugitive Franki Lusion was apprehended this eve by Guardsman Recruit Belsi and Watchman Aylmer and secured in the barrack's cells. Commander Morana arrived shortly afterwards to question the man suspected of trying to murder his wife.

After initially trying to apportion the blame onto his accomplice, Guardsman Recruit Starkad, Lusion eventually wilted under interrogation and admitted to insulting and then drunkardly assaulting the staff of the Green Goblin, including a vicious and almost deadly poison attack on the tavern's manageress, Railen Morana.


With Officer Cadet Martin as witness the accused signed his confession before assaulting the Commander and Cadet in a futile attempt to escape.  He was left sobbing on the cell floor to contemplate his fate at the end of a noose.

Hangin's too good for 'im Commander. I says we drowned em slow like, asides, no mandrake worth pickin'll grow aneath his swingin' legs.

*He mutters darkly to himself*

Tis a sad day indeed, when members representen' the Baron's men, show such a lack of integrity and morale fiber, atleast to be so stupid as to make it blatantly obvious. Lusion's name will live in infamy as the first activly serving guardsman ever sentenced to death, Avatar find mercy for his soul fore we shall not.
