Thomas Aylmer, Watchman Attending: Torrak Keres, Grenadier Sergeant Xavier Kage, Watchman Aslin, Guardsman Recruit Watching Grief Dryf Gry, As part of a task set to me by Pickles, I led a training focusing on Respect within the army, and orders! Despite not having a fantastic turnout, I pressed on to drill the importance of respect into the watchman and recruit who were present. I started by telling that people who outranked them outranked them because they had earned it, and therefore most likely knew better than those who had not been promoted yet. After this, we went over the finer points of etiquette. Saluting and addressing superiors were the main things on the agenda, and after this, we did a little order training, such as the demonstration of the famed Arkay Manouvre.
