Last eve Vesper smashed through the defences of the loyalist forces safeguarding Minoc. Not unsurprisingly the Knights Templar and Trinsicans were unable to fend off the Vesperian assault. As the queen dallies in sending her men to protect the Minocians it's likely that the loyalist defenders there will send word to Yew and request the Militia help to reinforce their garrison. In turn our allies may request that we stand by them to keep Minoc from the clutches of the Red Menace. Cove as always will fight greed and tyranny wherever we find it and while the Vesperian attack on Minoc certainly lacks imagination, if they are able to take the town and occupy it for any length of time then our own borders will come under serious threat. Place your men on alert this eve, we may be asked to mobilise at short notice and defend the town of Minoc once more from the clutches of evil. Any Vesperians found within Covian borders are to be escorted to Vesper forthwith. Double our patrols and sentries and make sure no guardsmen wander the shire alone. *signed* Raiden, Commander.
