I rallied guardsmen as they reported for duty and carried out recruitment missions to New Haven and Luna before heading to the Ice caverns for some live training, working on teamwork and cross healing. You got the Commander bit right but judging by the 'stature' of the man in your sketch I believe you've drawn some skinny Recruit by mistake.
