I called a line up right after Commander Raiden's hunt to the Orc Fort, and decided to take the men on a journey to Ter Mur. After finding a rough map of the area I thought i'd plot a route through it, and t'visit some of the restin' places there. I've called this report 'Part 1' as I think if any more exploratory journeys are made to this land, they should be chronicled so all information can be collated together. The route  should take us on a quiet path to start, then finish with a blaze of monsters, as i had taken the run earlier.

* Sketch of a map *

#1
We arrived at the moongate and made a short walk up a pathway, until we reached a mob of refugee batmen.

I advised it would be best to ensure you check your pockets, as they looked fairly shifty. It didn't stop several guardsmen hurling insults into the air. Perhaps they assumed they don't understand Covian?!.

We approached some rocky steps just north of the 'Royal City', and proceeded along the path.

#4
Commander Morana shared some of his personal history with us to help the walk pass by.

#5
We waited while Cor'vani cleared his shoes off mud. At this point we had only fought  a big cow thing, and a stone lizard.

#6
This is a sketch of the hut we found, and it would act as a good resting place, although it was fairly spooky as you could actually walk through it's walls. Perhaps some batman magic trickery? Either way it's usefulness would have been minimal.

#7
Here is a sketch of the stone lizard we found, from this point onwards in the expedition it gets quite hairy.

#8
We encountered creatures that seemed to be made of lava. These proved at first to  be an overwhelming foe, causing us to temporarily hold back, but after we honed our tactics it wasn't too much trouble defeating them, and the lizards that were around them. We also fought humanoid creatures, that looked to be burned severely.

#9
This was another common type of monster found. A sparkly, clear black texture on its body and its shape was very familiar. It proved to be a worthy advisary.

We took a portal back to the barracks, and dismissed. We gathered a total of 12,600 gold pieces, of which 11,100 went to the coffers.
