Be it known that, by order of the Council, former Grenadiers Marcus Tel'var and Keitaro Kazami are wanted for TREASON, ASSAULTING A GUARDSMAN, and CONSPIRING AGAINST THE COUNCIL. A reward of five-thousand shillings will be awarded for each to whomever delivers these two criminals to Covian authorities alive. These fugitives from Baronial justice are believed to be being harbored by the so-called Order of the Silver Dawn, based in the tiny hamlet of New Hope to the south of the Bog of Desolation.
