Dear Commander Drachen, I offer my congratulations to you on your recent promotion to Commander! It is a thrilling post requiring both courage and endurance, two qualities ye have already presented in full to the Covian community. The position of Commander bears a proud history, from our days as a small militia and part of the Vesperian Republic to a mighty army commanding hard earned respect throughout Britannia.
