Title: The Training Tournament! Post by: Kelly Sanderson on July 03, 2018, 06:29:43 pm The Training Tournament Welcome to the grand Covian Training Tournament, open to contestants from Tuesday 3rd July until Sunday 29th July. The tournament is open to all guardsmen of any rank. Please note that any Recruit leading a training session must be accompanied by a Guardsman of the rank of Regular or above. (http://oi56.tinypic.com/vzcuti.jpg) Points will be tallied depending on the following five areas: Knowledge and Research Culture Creativity and Innovation Leadership Report Quality A maximum of five points may be awarded towards each section for a guardsman’s tournament tally for each session they may hold. Things to consider: ~ What area you wish to focus on. Examples: Healing Teambuilding Combat Parade Orders Survival ~ Where you want your training session to take place - Somewhere hot? Somewhere cold? Woodland? Dessert? ~ Who do you want to invite to the session? Guardsmen? Citizens lending a hand? Are the Yewish joining? ~ Do you require props or materials to assist you? All reports for led training sessions must be posted separately. Any queries regarding the tournament may be asked in response to this announcement. There will be prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. These will be announced at the Parade on Sunday 29th June. I wish you all the best of luck with your endeavours.
