The other day, I was conducting an arts class when a number of the guardsmen present decided that the simple herb and flower components of the potpourri I was instructing them to make were "drugs". They physically assaulted me and some of the other students of the class, beating and imprisoning us in what can only be described as a show of excessive brutality. I was then escorted to the cells and threatened, eventually being relieved on what meagre funds I had on my person and left in the woods to die by a green clad guardsman. Having committed no crime that they were willing to describe with any accuracy, I feel that this was little more than a shake-down by oafing louts, too dense to appreciate the culture that I was attempting to bring them. It has been some days since my letter, and I am disappointed to say that justice has not yet been served. I must humbly repeat my request that the green clad guardsman be apprehended and punished and that I be reimbursed for the gold taken and injury inflicted upon myself.
