Think you’re ready to take this on? We’ll see. Task One: Drilling Double (https://image.ibb.co/cwuARy/2018_7_15_Recruit_Cadre.png) Lead two training sessions - One on battle drilling and one on parade orders. These training sessions cannot take place on the same day. Requirements: *These training sessions must take place on two separate days. *At least four other guardsmen must attend your training sessions. *You must research your drills and what they entail before you carry out the task. Task Two: Laying Leaflets (https://i.imgur.com/WKe15yC.jpg) Run a recruitment parade that runs through New Haven, Luna and Britain. You must also lay thirty recruitment banners. Requirements: *At least three other guardsmen must attend your recruitment parade. *You must lay your own banners. No other guardsman’s banners will count for your own thirty banners. *Your banners can be placed outside of the parade on different occasions, but evidence of each banner must be reported below. Deep into Deceit (https://i.imgur.com/vTruWsj.jpg) Your final task is to gather the men for a hunt through the dungeon of Despise and see how far you can trail into the depths of the dungeon. Requirements: *A minimum of five guardsmen must attend your hunt. *A minimum of 40,000 gold pieces must be gathered during your journey through the dungeon. *You must demonstrate your leadership abilities and ask any superiors for feedback at the end of your hunt.
