Attended by Watchman Aralin Eroecia Guardsman Recruit Estelwen On arriving at Cove on my first day I was set upon by a group of guardsmen who all seemed to be intrigued about my being a female elf. It was not until later that the Scout Sergio explained my predicament of being what I am. It seemed I would only need to learn some arcane abilities to make matters worse, I said to him that was tempting but none of my family have ever had those abilities. After the conversation of which it seems I have sealed my fate I mentioned about gaining some strength. Wood-chopping came the reply and then we shall construct a sentry. I was unsure what a sentry was and went about chopping wood and bringing it back until I was asked to gather hides instead. These were used together to construct some sort of barrier around the entrance of the Barracks. We then stood inside as the rather short Watchman attempted to be a door.
