Cant expect to arrive at a time to suit everybody. With it being a Saturday No matter where you live unless its Australia im suite sure 1500 GMT could have been made. If someone really wanted to go. We have people in the guild which are GMT + hours .. and GMT - Hours ... and GMT ... you cant pick a time for everyone. I'd recommend doing it tomorrow, Sunday is the most popular day.
Furthermore, DO set a time. I know ye said its hard enough gathering three people for a patrol let alone seven; but a specific time DOES help. Also, try and get a Command to mass message your event over ICQ an hour before the Event, and then again at the set time. This is the best way to ensure people attend your events. Don't be disheartened if sometimes events get a stale attendance; it can happen, even with large guilds. |
