The citizenry of Cove shall be prohibited to use magic within the Baronshop & all Arcane Guardsmen are to report to Cleric Conrads office for registration & evaluation. A notice for all guardsmen! If you come across a magic caster within Cove territory demand that he shows you appropriate licence, if he does not carry the required licence he is to be fined for a sum between 50 gp to 300gp depending on how great of magic was cast. |
