At this time, Command is nay receiving applications.

The Militia is opening up positions in Command for a select few who have what it takes to make it as a Covian Officer. That's right.. The opportunity to join the Leadership of the Baronship Of Cove.

Officer Cadetship
T'is known as Officer Cadetship, and shall involve two Phases.
Phase One: Initial Process - Screening, Interviews
Phase Two: Trial Period - Seeing the Cadet in action, one to three months service as Officer Cadet.

If the Officer Cadets' services to the Baronship suggests they are proficient enough for Command, they shall be promoted to the rank of Corporal. And if they wish to specialise in a Squad, or already exist in one, further arrangements can be made for he/she to become Squad Corporal.

What We're Looking For
There are certain standards we're looking for in potential Command members, so please consider these before placing ye Application. We're looking for players that;
* Are Very Active
* Are Excellent Roleplayers
* Are Creative
* Are Able To Organise Events
* Have Good OOC Interpersonal Skills
* Are Motivated Toward BoC
* Are Committed

Applying
If you're interested in applying for Officer Cadetship, send a PM via the Baronship Boards to me, Commander Gregor Eason, and in this PM state;
* Your DATE/MONTH of joining BoC
* WHY you think you'd be suitable for Command
* WHAT you have done already for the benefit of the Guild
* Your ACTIVITY rate
* IDEAS that you have for the Guild
* The CONTRIBUTIONS you believe you can make toward the Guild

Success!
Successful Applicants will be selected for an Interview, and following this, if they are further successful, shall move onto the Trial Period. However, please note... In order to move onto the Trial Period you must be AT LEAST Junior Guardsman. If ye are a Watchman or below you may still apply, but will have to wait till ye receive promotion to Junior before being able to further your Application.

Further Note: Closing Words
Command isn't for everyone. Please consider carefully before applying. It's a lot of work and requires incredible commitment, so think carefully about your current RL lifestyle, and that which shall be approaching in the next few months. If you don't think you'll have time, the likelihood is.. you won't. However, if you DO have the time there are considerable triumphs to be achieved, and throughout your Cadetship ye will receive sound advice and support from existing Covian Officers.
