Anari Junior Guardsman Kurt Junior Guardsman Vince Valentine Officer cadet (Leading) (Apologies fer the lateness o' this report, seems i fergot all abou' it) I started off by given th' men a bit o' physical trainin' (http://img476.imageshack.us/img476/4992/t18vd.jpg) This involved laps o' the arena (with a few obstacles thrown in) Runnin' te the Cove gates an' back, and o' course, everyones favourite, pushups! Next up was th' healin', where i 'ad them disarm, stand firm, an' heal each other while i fired me bow at 'em. They did alrigh' there, an' kept each other standin'.
