When: The 7th February 2006 at 2000 GMT Where: Gathered at the barracks then travelled to Britain Bring: Yer best kit, make sure it's polished! Commanding Officer: Delcarakdur, Regular Highlander Guardsmen in attendance: - Vince Valentine, Officer Cadet - Thomas Sendrich, Regular Guardsman - Bayne, Watchman - Edmund Rufus, Watchman What: Cove has been shamed by several new recruits and watchmen deserting the army of late. To correct this obvious imbalance in the army, I had been tasked by Eason to lead a recruitment parade to Britain. As we assembled at the barracks many guardsmen couldn't attend because they were preparing for the assault upon the Yewish mining operation. I managed to get four men to come with me though. We arrived at Britain and were immediately shocked to discover a large contingent of Yewmen parading there...Approaching me, their commander demanded what I was doing here. I retorted: "We're on neutral ground". I didn't expect them to accept that as we were outnumbered three to one, but the Yewish commander apparently had some common sense as beginning to fight in the middle of the crowd would have hurtled their reputation in Britain. Retreating, we were left to do our recruitment push. I especially warned them that the Yewmen could return. We were imitated by a couple of natives who seemed eager to participate in the line up...They weren't interested in army life however...A shame, they looked so promising! Some of the natives, were quite irritating and especially Tom vented his feeling on the subject. Maybe that was what scared the potential recruits away?! Watchman Bayne was approached by a company of archers sympathetic with our cause! Maybe we have acquired some more allies to fight the dastardly Yewmen?!
