Led by: Regular Highlander Kurt. Attended by: Junior Guardsman Olchafa Serpernt, Regular Guardsman Kas Valentine. Regular Highlander Kurt was distinctly concerned with the recent threat from Yew and insisted a sentry at the west gate of Cove was in order. Clearly if the Yewish penetrated our defences and reached the barracks we would be in trouble so Chaffers and I helped him fortify the entrance. (http://img468.imageshack.us/img468/5002/west0jr.png) We shall not, we shall not be moved. Once the barricade was suitably reinforced we stood guard for a good part of the afternoon. We were visited by a young fellow looking for the Covian church who Kurt soon put to rights by telling him what had become of the building. He seemed satisfied with the news of its destruction and wandered off. We continued to guard the entrance until the Highlander told us to stand down and dismantle the construction. We saw no sign of the Yewish or the Britannians and so we were quickly dismissed. State of the west gate: Safe for this day. |
