Upon confrontation detain immediately and contact either myself or Regular Scout Jenifer Feather. The man is wanted for ordering an assault on several guardsman and is suspected of being involved in illegal trading in Cove. A reward will be availible to the guardsman who captures this man. [OOC: Remember to first party anyone you suspect is this man and ask if they have time to be jailed and questioned.
