After the recruitment of the Little brothers i was ordered to do a cadre for them and any remaining recruits that had not yet done one.
Being as they had only been in the army for about five minutes i first gave an introduction to the army and explained what it was we were doing.

First thing i taught them was how to treat there supiriors and how to act whilst in the army.
After that i went on to teach about the Drill comands, starting with the trackers line, form and the standerd line up. They did well, very quick at getting into formation, better then most veterans.

I then taught them about battle comands. Arm up, Disarm, Ready arms, and at ease. They showed a good understanding of these, though that is to be expected.

With all the commands out the way i decided to give them a taste of the usual training session. We did some physical excerise, running and press ups, then went on to healing and teamwork exercises.
Once i decided they had a grasp of that i finished with a last man standing which was won by Darek.
