I have decided to establish something called the Senior and Officer Course. It will be a mixture of trainings, tasks and personal guidance for those guardsmen who aspire to be the example and leaders of the Cove of tomorrow. Any junior up till sergeant can sign up for the personalised course. There are no promotion guarantees attached to this, but people who follow the courses will definately be better equiped to fill in higher ranks. Places are limited so be fast!
