Welcome to Cove

Hoagie whistled as he walked away from the bank, heading towards the gates for another evening of duty. From around the side of a building emerged the familiar figure of the CDPL Strikeforce Captain, Aeron. He told Hoagie to go with him, as he was wanted. As Hoagie reached for his sword, fairly confident he could at least escape, if not defeat the mage entirely, more Collegium members emerged from the shadows.

"Get on your knees." Ordered the mage.
"Hey, at least buy me dinner first.", Hoagie replied with a smirk.
"This is going to hurt."

As the chains were clapped on, Hoagie was pushed through a gate opened by the mage. Emerging at the familiar location of the Collegium Headquarters, Hoagie was fairly sure he would be rescued, as he had told enough people the vague location of the base. Just as the smirk returned to Hoagie's face, he was pushed backwards through another gate, stumbling out in front of a house in the middle of nowhere.

The Loyalists grabbed at his throat, dragging him inside, and tossing him into a tiny cell at the back of the room.

This is where they began beating him, with a series of blows to the head and middle.  When a brutal knock to the head finally knocked him out cold, one of the mages began sending waves of fire over his body, burning his exposed face. Finally, they wrapped his body from head to toe in CDPL tape, and threw him carelessly through a gate landing on the hard ground of Cove Bank.
