Darath Mithar - Regualr Guardsman Attending: Raiden Morana - Senior Grenadier Garak Nightchill - Watchman Victoria - Guardsman Recruit. Regular Mithar led the group through a great amount of physical exercise for a training. He led us on a run through the woods, up to the coast, where we droped and pressed out twenty push ups. Later taking us to the wall, making us climb up and practise some commands by standing on the wall. After, taking us to the lake, making us swim laps with our chest peices on. Then, to the Wall of cove city to carry our partners the lenth of the wall.
