Title: Tragic News
Post by: Gregor Eason on August 22, 2006, 07:45:09 pm
I have just been speaking with Officer Cadet Kal ShadowHand, one of Cove's greatest and most dedicated players. Equally prominent and enjoyable to be around, Kal's RL Son, player of Cor'Ari Ta, was killed last month in a car accident.

This is extremely sad to hear. We have lost a member, a player, a friend..

My condolences to you, Kal, and your family.
May Cori rest in peace.

He will be remembered here, in Cove, and amidst our hearts in the Real World.

Farewell, my friend.

I was informed a few days prior by Kal himself. As I said to him, he has my deepest sympathy. Cori' was an excellent player, and he will be sorely missed.

I´m sitting here now for over half an hour and think about the right words to write
but in a situation like that, words hardly can express onces feelings.
We mourn with you my friend and i want to express my deepest condolances to you and your family. Your son will be missed as a member of our community and as a friend..

Fare thee well...

I read this over 2 hours ago, i could not think of anything that i could write that could express the feeling i have so i went into the garden and took down a fence. After thinking about it there is nothing i can say that can ease the pain for Kal and his family.

So i will say this, Cor' was a great guy, no doubt about it and he will be missed by everyone who had contact with him, were it not for him and Kal i would not have aspired to be where i am withing the guild now. Cor' was an excellent roleplayer and will be missed not only as an excellent Scout, but as an excellent friend.

My thoughts are with you Kal.

I want to thank everyone, Yall are the greatest of friends. Like alot you have said ( There are no words to speak to ease the pain ) But to me the thought eases the pain more than words. I may not be on as much as I use to be, Because I will be working on something I promised Cori I would do for him. He once wanted his Character to be a Mage, for when he played AD&D he played the best mage charater than anyone I have ever known. I haven't dessided yet weather or not to keep his character in the guild, but that will take time to desside.

                  Thanks everyone

Your friend and player of Kal

I dont even know what to say.
Words dont even describe how deeply saddened I am to hear about this, I just heard about it a few moments ago.  Cor was a great guy, I spoke to him in GC/party frequently, and he was just all around cool. He's basically responsible for Vince being a Junior, whenever I needed men for a hunt/parade/etc Cor always came through, he always went along and helped out like the great guy he was. I'm really gunna miss him.

Man, I still can't even believe this happened.
Kal, my deepest condolences to you and your family, my prayers are with you.

I don't really know what to say Kal...

From the moment I met Cor, I knew he was a honest and intellegent person, and now that special unique person and most importantly mind is gone forever.

I offer my strongest condolences to not only you, but also the rest of your family. Loosing a loved one can't really be described with words.

I didn't know him IRL and personally , but the views I got from his roleplay and also the chatting between , a great man. We had some real good time.
