During a rutine patrol to the orc fort, a Strange incident occured. In the middle of the fort...A barely visible portal was spotted and a robed figure phased in and out, disappearing and appearing from time to time. We were unable to inquire any further into the issue, but here is a sketch of the event. I hope you will find this interesting sir.
