Only you replace "{" and "}" with brackets -> "[" and "]" As for finding a host, www.imageshack.us works just fine. additionally, when you upload a picture with them they also give you a ready link to put in messageboards. All you need to do is copy/paste it. Not sure if that's what you need to know but I hope it helps.
