I see your pain, and I want to cry. But I promise, out of respect my eyes stay dry. I watch you as you fall. Often times I feel so helpless. I see your despair, And my lungs squeeze shut. But I promise, I'm still sucking air. I watch you as you fall. Often times I feel so helpless. I imagine the tears you shed, and my heart begins to crack. But I promise, These cracks you think you see aren't even there. I watch you as you fall. Often times I feel so helpless. Now your looking at me, and I'm meeting your gaze. But I promise, This feeling I feel.... It can't be real. I promise, your pains, despairs, and tears.... they don't hurt me as well. I promise.... ...
