Next he stated his belief that the commoners of Cove should be busy about their work as the Guardian doth make work for idle hands. (http://img212.imageshack.us/img212/4316/uo0268ul9.jpg) Prominent commoner Amon Jarl was called forth as he wished, as was his right to purchase his raise to Citizen having amassed the required amount of shillings. With everything in order, Roland signed and handed over the citizen papers to Amon Jarl.
