Title: *Report* - Ale And Chickens Post by: Maximus Deschain on November 26, 2006, 01:25:53 am It was after a long drink of Goblin mead and a few fish steaks when Snudrud, Rathus and me - Maximus Deschain decided to take our fun to the local dungeon of Covetous.
We headed north towards the cave fighting off brigands and trolls along the way. With little supplies and a few lockpicks we ventured into the cave with only the armor on our backs and the torch in Snud's hands. Bearing in mind we were still drunk out of our minds and Snudrud's kicks kept going amiss we hauled back some good loot, totalling at 3k each. Here is a sketch I drew during our drunken sprawl with one of the "chickens" as Snud calls em! (http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q149/masterdennis01/covetous2.jpg) As we were kicking and stabbing the "chickens" we were outmatched. But the devious Snud had a plan... to FRY THE CHICKENS! We stormed around to the main entrance with them hot on our tail and we waited till they were near the traps....and the flames englufed them!...(http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q149/masterdennis01/covetous4.jpg) It was then that Rathus met up with us to join in the fight. We ran to the chests Snudrud had seen and began to unlock them, luckily me and Rathus held back the onslaught of stone harpies and were pleased to get the loot form the chests.(http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q149/masterdennis01/covetous7.jpg) (http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q149/masterdennis01/covetous8.jpg) (http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q149/masterdennis01/covetous9.jpg) After the booty was grabbed we fled from the dungeon hitting the harpies as we went.
