Besieged by wind and rain, and the snow not far off, I've noticed the Guardsmen are beginning to get fat and lazy! 

"...But it's too cold, Garak!...Mother says I've not to go outside when it's raining!.... I can't go out training without me scarf!...."

Pah!  This fitness and combat training will be held in Nujel'm a secret training location!  It will be dry, warm and sunny!  So turn up or I'll stick my boot where the sun doesn't shine!
