Title: Clarification Regarding Quivers [RTR] Post by: Darath Mithar on January 20, 2007, 07:54:23 pm Command would like to clarify that quivers are permitted for use by all ranks,provided that they are dyed black to match the Covian uniform. The exception to this is the Light Company who must use green quivers.
