When hearts and flowers by the hours are brought to all who seek; When kisses swirl and words do peak into little tuffs of cotton (candy) my sweet. (http://img110.imageshack.us/img110/2949/loveboxcopyjv1.jpg) In the box you may place your Valentines and on the 14th they will be handed out. Make sure to put the persons name on the front of the card (the title) as you don't want the card going to someone else! Anyone who doesn't attend will get their gifts or cards as soon as possible. (OOC: The gist of it is, you put in a RP made card most people use books or even a box with gifts in for the one you want to be your valentine. Make sure to engrave any boxes with their name and rank (if their in the army) and include last name with it. Have fun!)
