Title: ~~ Battle Report ~~ by Gimbly Post by: Gimbly on April 03, 2005, 01:39:37 pm *a short report placed on the Captains desk*
Cause of the report: -Small Kaldorian patrol overhelmed near the guard tower in Altmere- Involved Members of the Covian Milita: Gimbly, Junior Grenadier Darath Mithar, Junior Guardsman Gord Blackwell, Junior Guardsman Delcarakdur, Guardsman Recruit (wounded during the battle) Kas Valentine, Guardsman Recruit (wounded during the battle) Circumstances: After a small battle training at the barracks hold by the above described members of the militia an obviously slightly confused and scared covain civilian rushed in screaming about Kaldorian forces blocking the path near the Britain - Yew – Cove crossroad. (http://member.ycn.com/~tarabec/uo/030405map1.jpg) Well nothing odd these days but a certain reason for the militia to invastigade the area and remove possible forces of the Kaldorian at all costs (especially em recruits costs). So short after inspecting of our kits we headed up the raod to the north to engange the Kaldorian rats ! The civilian, who behaved more and more hysterical and rebellious , lead us to the point where he last had seen the Kaldorians. Reaching the south tower of the Croassroad fortifications we first made a stand and scouted the area . (http://member.ycn.com/~tarabec/uo/030405-1.jpg) It didnt take us to long to find the Kaldorian scum who profane our fine lands. We decided to form up at the tower where we had a good overview of the road and the nearby woods. The enemies tactic was to split our formation and take us out one by one. Well at least they thought to easy get us like that but we stayed together, healed well broke our formation if needed to charge the most suitable target but returned to our formation quickly enough. With that tactic we were able to take down one Kaldorian two soldiers and a nasty witch with her hellhound pack. Only their mounted commander was wit enough to retreat after realizing his hopless situation. Finaly the covian militia returned to the barracks victorious. |
