The first one I ever played was Ultima 4 on the Sega Master System back in 1993 or 1994. That game was awesome! Fighting pirates for control of their ship, having broadside cannon battles with the pirate scum! Having to have the ship get sucked into a whirlpool in order to get to Cove! Take a look at X-Com 2 & 3 as well.....I used to go sooooooo mental on wrecking the cities in those two...I just had my favourite toons and instead of risking sneakattacks, I generally either used a recruit as fodder or just.....blew it all up :) Title: Re: OLD Ultima Games Post by: Khaelieth on February 09, 2007, 06:19:59 pm I met etherals for the first time in years. The first syndicate was good, but now with the Dungeon Keeper engine (allowing real 3D cities) you could really level pretty much everything in sight. And as if thermo-nuclear grenades were not bad enough, the game also has the option to call in an airstrike... from a satellite (yes, railgun bombard!!). Ofcourse none of these options would ever be used if you weren´t in a crowded area.
