Here is a thought. Why not allow people who can use a disguise kit to dress up as orcs and raid at will? That way we can actually have some random orc troubles without people having to create new characters or use alts. The disguise kit ability can be used by any character that is 48 (realtime) hours old and has 60.0 stealing. The stealing could be fixed by a soulstone and should take roughly 3,5/4 hours to train starting at 0 skill. 1 hour if you start at 50.0 (soulstone the skill off a noob char).
