To whoever it may concern, which is undoubtedly an Officer of some sort, who can access the stores. Covian boots on Recruits and watchman are being handed out in the WRONG COLOUR. It may seem like a strange and mininscule thing to be concerned about, but we are an Army! Looking smart in our uniforms makes a great deal of difference. So whoever is giving out the wrong boots to those poor recruits, please CEASE it! It is me that keeps having to go and buy more boots from the cobblers, when there really is NO need for it whatsoever! Thank you, - Signed: Kelly Sanderson, Regular Scout.
