I think its the current Britannian date that is wrong.

like starting year 289 or 314 , exact starting date like both starting on 10/30 (which is possible) or do you set the starting point to the begin of both years like 01.01.289 and 01.01.1997 the convertion table should be somthing like that

Except I would ignore year 289 as it is said to be incorrect. If someone will know the exact Britannian date of UO release... Would help alot.
