Title: It is time to say goodbye Post by: Shadwell on March 21, 2007, 05:42:51 pm Every now and then you have to do certain stuff you'd rather not. Everyone leaves at a certain moment. It is with great sadness that I write this goodbye. But it is for the best.
The last few years have been a real joy, roleplaying in Cove has been without a doubt one of my best roleplaying experiences ever. I started in this guild at the lowest rank at that time and worked myself up to the respectable rank of Commander. Shadwell is perhaps one of the best characters I've ever had and it was the Baronship of Cove that gave me the opportunity to develop my character in such a grand way. From a quiet mummbling Guardsmen to a slightly extravagant and sometimes odd Commander of the Covian army. Not many can say that they have lead one of the largest and best armies ever to have exsisted in Ultima Online. I take pride in that! Hah! But not only Shadwell made me login. It was the sheer madness of Elminister together with his dubious friend Rex Richter that made my laugh out loud so many times that I could not count it. Cove has and is a great setting for everyone who wishes to roleplay and gives great freedom in it's characters. Over the years we've enjoyed depressed jesters, downright stupid guardsmen, fleetsinking Greystone's, sleeping sergeants and a very impressive church leader. Not many guilds have such a diverse set of characters. The comming 10 days I will not be able to login and this makes me sad! I hope you all will be alright without me and still here when I return. Now comes the part I list names of people I'd like to thank for being who they were but I'm not going to do that. Such a list would be sheer madness! Well that was that. Goodbye Cove!
