After a small hunt I decided these recruits needed a little training so I did a Recruit Cadre. I taught the recruits and watchman the important rules when in the Barons fine army these included: 1. How to Adress a superior 2. What uniform to wear and when 3. The different methods of Lining up 4. Basic Battle Orders including formations and targeting 5. Watchman duties 6.
